Wilhelm Wagenfeld's designs are not only classics today, they were already classics during his lifetime (1900-1990). He is considered a key co-founder of Bauhaus design - especially for consumer goods. His works reflect the consistent desire for democratic product design with social responsibility for all classes. To make aesthetics and function combined accessible to everyone. He owes his success not only to his aesthetic sense, precision and craftsmanship. Throughout his life he sought allies who would help him advance his vision.
