Her process, which primarily uses stoneware clay, is physical and intuitive, characterized by repetition and experimentation. The surfaces often remain unglazed, are refined, and highly textured. Her works reflect an urbanity and worldly understanding that she has absorbed in her various experiences. Exhibited worldwide, her works are inspired by the legacy of ancient civilizations and the cultural heritage of pre-modern Anatolia.
