The glass and chandelier manufacturer J. & L. Lobmeyr has been in existence since 1823. What began as a simple trading company developed into a supplier to the royal and imperial court. The Austrian glass manufacturer produced crystal chandeliers for Schönbrunn Palace, the Bavarian royal palaces, the King of Siam and the Spanish and Greek courts.
Her fragile vessels are blown in wooden molds to a maximum thickness of 1.1 millimeters. The material is extremely thin muslin glass, which seems to crumble in your hands, but is still so flexible and stable.
